If you wish to request a refund, you must send an email with your request directly to customer care via the contact form.
Once submitted, the request will be handled by our operators, carrying out relative checks and replying via email.

  2. The date and the amount of the transaction
  3. If you’ve purchased with credit card
    1. The last four digits of the credit or debit card used
    2. The expiry date
  4. If you’ve purchased with PayPal through Codapay:
    1. The e-mail address which you’ve used for the registration
    2. the Codapay transaction number that you can find on the purchase confirmation uploaded to your personal area on the website.
  5. If you’ve purchased with Apple Pay:
    1. The e-mail address of your account registered on the site;
  6. If you’ve purchased with Google Pay:
    1. The e-mail address of your account registered on the site;
  7. Reason for the request
This information is essential to allow our operators to process your request as soon as possible.
Each refund request will be reviewed individually, and you will receive a response regarding the outcome directly on the ticket you submitted to customer care.
